My stay at the hotel was quite comfortable and convenient due to its great location near the freeway and close proximity to restaurants and a mall. The room had all the essentials like a water cooler, cups, and towels, but the availability of just one washer and dryer was a bit inconvenient. The staff, although friendly, seemed a bit overwhelmed and not very customer-oriented. The early opening of the dining area for a choir group was a nice gesture, although the breakfast was just continental. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
